SeePPE stands behind our quality and has set standards of reliability, performance, and quality you can expect. Prior to shipping, each item goes through our thorough inspection process for quality assurance.
Warranty for Face Shields
Under normal use, any faults or defects in material and workmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Replacement for defective parts used may be new or equivalent to new. Warranty policy does not cover any wear and tear, any intentional damages, accidental damages, unintended use, and not following instruction of use. Warranty policy does not cover scratched lenses in any circumstances. In the case of a complaint of a defective item, the customer must prove that any such defect was present at the time the item was delivered. Any expressed, implied, or indicated statements of any defects on the item made by the customer will be inspected thoroughly by our product specialist at ULO. Judgment on repair whether or not it is covered under warranty will remain solely with ULO and our product specialist upon the inspection of the return of the customer's item.
All repairs must be performed by ULO authorized agents. Any unauthorized attempts to alter or to repair ULO item will void the warranty except by ULO or its authorized representatives.
ULO's obligations are conditioned upon the return of the defective item in accordance with ULO's Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures. Therefore, prior to any returns, please contact our Customer Returns and Warranty Department at (323) 316-4514 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org who will assist you with the procedures.
